Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with ToneyBands!
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping charges will be displayed at check out.
Custom orders or wholesale orders are processed within 2 days to 2 weeks depending on the order complexity. Shipping charges may be charged separately.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped during normal business hours Monday-Friday via USPS Priority Mail. During the busy season, orders may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit due to the USPS system.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please allow a few days for the USPS website to update its current information.
International Shipping Policy, Duties, and Taxes
We ship worldwide and upon checkout you will be offered various prices depending on the speed of the carried you select. We use USPS for our main carrier. Toneybands is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. These fees are not included in your shipping cost. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties). We not not accept international returns. We ship to most countries, if your country is not listed, we may not be able to ship to that location.
Damages
ToneyBands is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at orders@toneybands.com and include photos of the damaged items so that we may file a claim with USPS. Without images we are not able to provide a free replacement. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
Returns
Please see our return policy for details. You may return ToneyBands for up to 60 days after receipt.
